here is the best crafting recipe list i have found so far. however what was more useful was being able to make spell books to save money. you only need like 1-2 to be able to do that though. being able to boost weapons or add armor/resist to armor is helpful. its pretty useful early on, but later on in the game its slightly less. he had several items with plus to one or both. What i did was put 1 point each into blacksmithing and crafting for jahan. Ps: you only need to get crafting/bs to 2 points and get the rest through gear (belts and shoulders), traits (pragmatic gives +crafting, didnt find one for bs yet) and talent (scientist, not recommendable if you're focusing on 1 profession though). At level 10 we had about 30 large hp potions each (mostly because we don't need them a lot) and resistance potions for every ocassion.īut yeah, it was pretty disappointing in general, mostly due to shortage of certain key materials or confusing recipes, we could've finished the game with mob drops alone, I want to believe it woulda been much harder without the extra resistances/damage bonuses and pots though. I'm really passionate about crafting in every game that allows it, I maxed crafting and blacksmith (5, yay scientist) as soon as I could on my ranger and while I didn't get to enjoy it very much (shortage of sinews.) my co-op buddy was bathing in OP armor with crazy bonuses and the best weapon for every level. Approvazione definitiva graduatoria ed elenco non I had a bunch of common knives I had picked up and thought the process would use those. It did, but it also randomly used my most valuable daggers and produced a stupid "basic sword" as a result! I didn't realize it until much later, and it took much restoring into save games to discover the root cause. This is painful, and I'm having to replay some of the game now that involved a good deal of fighting, exploring, and rare vendor finds. I consider this a serious bug in the game. In case you're wondering how I didn't notice, I usually play that character as a ranger. It wasn't until I went to steal more stuff that I realized something was wrong. Also, I'm playing the classic version, since I was well into that before the definitive version came out. Not sure if this was fixed in that version, but be careful. I don't understand level requirements on weapons. If I'm a level 5 year old human, I can pull the trigger on a machine gun just as well as a level 50 year old.
